In order to make the most of your time at
SportAccord Convention, please make a note of the following

TERMS & CONDITIONS |
1.
Please note seats are limited and subject to
availability at the time of booking request. (first come
first served basis)
2.
Registration needs to be done by latest 25th
March 2010.
3. Upon registration the
full amount of the tour will be charged from the
client’s credit card.
4. If the client wishes to
cancel the tour more than 7 days prior to the Event
date: full refund of all amounts already paid will be
granted.
5. Any cancelations
received between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the Event
date: 50% of the total Event charges as per the final
invoice
6. Any cancelations
received within 72 hours prior to the Event date: 100%
of the total Event charges as per the final invoice.
7. Cancellations of your
Event must be made in writing and the above charges will
apply for cancellations received |
